The Warm Homes Plan, made easier for your employees
The government has committed £15bn to cut bills and upgrade homes. Our scheme helps your people act on it sooner, with member-only pricing on top of the support they qualify for.

What the Warm Homes Plan is
Published in January 2026, the plan is the government's programme for cutting energy bills and upgrading Britain's ageing housing stock. It offers grants, low- and zero-interest loans, direct support for low-income households and new minimum standards for rented homes.

What it means for your employees
The plan is written for households, not employers. This is the part your people will care about.
Help with clean heating
Grant support through the expanded Boiler Upgrade Scheme for eligible households replacing a fossil-fuel boiler with a heat pump.
Low-cost finance for solar and batteries
A new zero and low-interest loan offer, backed by an initial £2bn of government support, to cover upfront costs.
Cheaper ways to use energy
Flexible tariffs that reward using energy when it is cheapest, which works best alongside a battery or smart control.
Warmer, healthier homes
New minimum energy efficiency standards for privately rented homes by 2030, and proposals for the social rented sector.
How The Net Zero Home Scheme supports the plan
We are not a government scheme and we are not endorsed by one. We are an employee benefit that makes the same upgrades cheaper, quicker and safer to buy.
Member-only pricing on top
Government support covers part of the cost of clean heating and finance for solar and batteries. Our negotiated pricing of up to 15% applies to the installation itself, so employees can use both.
Vetted installers, nationwide
MCS, TrustMark, NICEIC, HIES and RECC accredited installers across England, Scotland and Wales, so a grant-funded install is done properly.
One quoting journey
Employees answer a few questions, see member pricing on screen and decide in their own time. No cold calls and no hard sell.
Products that match the plan
Heat pumps, solar, battery storage, plug-in solar, EV charging, smart optimisation software and a specialist energy tariff.

Where the savings stack
Government support reduces what a household has to fund. Our pricing reduces the installed cost itself.
Government support
Grants for clean heating and zero or low-interest loans for solar and batteries, where the household is eligible.
Net Zero Home Scheme discount
Up to 15% off the installed price through negotiated national pricing with vetted installers.
The combined effect
A lower upfront cost, a smaller amount to finance, and a bill that keeps falling for years afterwards.
Eligibility and grant values are set by government and confirmed by the accredited installer as part of the quote. Nothing on this page is financial advice.
